NX Spline measuring issue!

Hi,
Need help to fixing NX-11 Spline measure like this Sloidworks sketch (Spline measure). Is there any alternative way to do this? I am unable to manage spline point and handles option like this picture.

in a sketch put your points
as in your picture.

and then use spline through points.

Hey, Ehaviv, can you help me again for second step spline measure? From the video (3:41). Little confusion, Please? And what does the blue value mean of spline?

I think it's a curved radius.
but I don't sure.

I never used SOLIDWORKS.
