John, it was simply a screen shot I was emailed. I'm mainly just being curious, I had never seen it before.

Honestly it not worth alot of research... I simply found it interesting, I quickly noticed in the screen shot I was sent that there wasn't many icons on the person's screen so it made me think it was a commonly used command. Its probably a NX module that I don't have and that person only uses for one thing.
 
It may be that someone created custom icons for an existing or custom NX function. If this is the case, only the person that sent you the screenshot would be able to tell you for sure...
