NX10 Unable to create body 1

Trying to create a keyway using sketch 5 but whenever I select the face it says Unable to create body - change the section. Anyone have a solution?

Can you create the key shape and do a boolean subtract?

Something wrong in the inputs.
Try with different inputs.

In the image above, it seems that you are trying to extrude either two arcs or a cylindrical face almost normal to the viewing direction.
- See the highlighted arcs inside the shaft. These will not cut a keyway.

I think that you have selected something different than what you thought.
- Try again.

I selected the the face by accident instead of the sketch I made.
