NX1961 sketch direction

Is there a way to change the x-direction of a sketch created in NX1961 ?
I think I heard this was removed with the big sketch changes, but I really need it right now.

I've noticed, that by rotating the model, when you select the face/plane, you can control the horizontal reference,

NX 12.0.2.9
Windows 10

I changed the customer default that you pointed out but I still do not see the orientation information.

Did you change anything else to get that to show.
