Look at the attached part file. It looks like simple sheet metal part. At first I had problems with flanges. If you look at the history of my part, you will understand that I mean. It seems that NX unites flanges if they interferes. so the only way to solve it was using unbend/rebend option. Is it the only and correct way?
So lets say that the model and flat solid I have.
But in the assembly (put this box into the assembly and double click to edit it) after editing any of features of this box gives me an error, that the system could not find edge of break corner (SB Break corner 19). and if you redefine it, you will get a bunch of errors of mating conditions, and loosing your dimensions in drafting.
that is the problem with this part?

NX4.0.4.2 mp10, win xp 32bit

thanks

I would recommend that you contact GTAC with this issue, but with you being on NX 4.0 there may not be a lot that they could do since it's possible that if this is being caused by a problem with the software, that you will need to move to at least NX 5.0 or better to get this resolved as NX 4.0 is no longer 'supported' (i.e. no bug fixes).

Ok, thanks for the answer.
But one more thing.
Which is the best way to create such "boxes" in NX4? I mean these problematic corners. Because unbend/rebend is not very handy in my situation (I had to unbend/rebend in certain order, in other way I got flanges which are united, and break corner does not work).

Thanks, because I was desperatly looking for more handy solution...
We have one working place with NX7.5 (for CAM guy), and these flanges are not problematic at all there (tested). So just waiting for upgrade....
