can anybody let me know how to execute a grip program in nx4

Don't know explicitly about MX4, but in prior versions it was: File-Execute-GRIP

Ctrl+G should work, unless that accelerator has been redefined.

If you are using any of the out-of-the-box 'roles', make sure that you are using one of them that has 'full menus', otherwise the File/Execute option is not available.
