This is in response to a previous closed post which someone was looking for a printable hotkey / keyboard shortcut list.
Attached is one I generated based on a base installation of NX5. Hope it may help someone...

ok - this can differ caused by customisations
better to look at you workstation Nx-> information -> custom menue bar -> accelerators.

Cheers for sharing that with us

Aren't there a few more than this? I seemed to recall X = extrude and R = revolve for example. But those don't seem to work in NX 6. Also, can't remember if there it is called a hotkey, probably an accelerator key, but isn't there a key you hold to keep the constraint command open in the Sketcher so that you can apply 2 constraints at the same time without the dialog closing in between? I have been looking for that key a lot lately.

You're think of an 'Accelerator' key. When you open a pull-down menu and see an item with a single letter underlined such as...

'Measure Angle...'

...all you have to do, while the pull-down menu is still being displayed, is to hit the 'A' key and the 'Measure Angle' function will be activated.

As for adding multiple Sketch constraints in one operation, just select the 'Constraints' icon and then while holding down the 'Ctrl' key, select the curve(s) which you wish to apply multiple constraints to. The list of possible constraints will remain displayed until you press MB2 accepting the selected constraints. Note that in reality, separate constraint operations will be performed which you will notice if you attempt to Undo this 'multiple constraint' operation.

I prefer to create my own. Just go to Tool/customize/and pick Keyboard. Scroll to the command you want, highlight it, and then put the shortcut in the 'Press new shortcut key:' box and then hit assign.
For example I use h for hide.

Hello my Lords!

Can Enybody tell me, in which file save NX the hotkeys?

Thank you very much for your reply!

All of your menu and toolbar changes (customizations), including any changes in hot-key settings, are recorded in a file named 'user.mtx' located at...

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Unigraphics Solutions\NX6

If you have multiple versions of NX installed there will be one folder for each version (I've shown the NX6 version in my example above) which contains all of the settings such as customer default files, Roles, menu/toolbar settings, history file, etc.
