NX5 - Sequential Mill - Make pnt-pnt geom associative

Using NX-5.

In Sequential Mill's Point-to-Point method of movement there's an Associative button displayed within the pop-up Point Subfunction menu.

Presently this button is greyed out and unselectable. It'd be nice to switch this to ON when you wanted the geometry you're about to select to stay parametric within the Sequential Mill.

My User Settings are already switched to allow Curve and Point associativity.

Anyone have an idea on how to activate the displayed Associative switch within Sequential Mill's Point Subfunction menu?
