NX7.5 always prints in alien font?

So I've been working with NX7.5 for around a month now, having migrated from 5. Whenever I print a drawing to submit it for review the text for the notes and dimensions prints in "alien" font. I've tried going in and specifically formatting each note back to blockfont, but the print out still shows in alien. When I create a pdf, the font for the notes is correct. Is there an option I'm missing somewhere that defaults the printed view to the first font type? Its not a major issue, but I'm tired of getting comments back about the font being incorrect :)

OK, try this.

Open one of the files you're having a problem with and go to...

File -> Utilities -> Character Fonts...

...and if it shows that 'alien' font is in the #1 slot, select it and then from the second list select 'blockfont' and hit OK. Now save your part file. If you would like to see an immediate update (it will be correct the next time you open the Drawing) you can go to...

View -> Operation -> Regenerate Work

Note that you will need to do this with each drawing where you're having this problem.

John,

Thanks for the suggestion. I ran through this earlier and have Blockfont set as the primary font. It's strange I only get the alien font when I print the drawing out, if I create a pdf and view/print that the text comes out in blockfont. Not sure where the disconnect is, I'm going to keep fiddling with the options to see if I can get a different result on the printing.
