NX7.5 Tolerance grade in dimension

I see in NX7.5, in the dimension menu, there is the ability to add the tolerance grade (H7, h7, etc)
In my menu it is all greyed out, and I cannot utilize it.
What do I need to do to be able to utilize the tolerance grade in the dimension menu?

You first have to go to the Tolerance drop-down list and select the 'Limits and Fits' tolerance style, as shown below:

Oh I see.
When I first tried this I was editing a cylindrical dimension and it was greyed out in the tolerance drop-down.
I wonder why this cannot be added to a cylindrical dimension. Probably against a drafting standard someplace, but I don't see why.
 
I see no problem adding the limits and fits type tolerance to a cylindrical dimension in 7.5.4.4, as long as i do it in the order that John says.
