NX7 Preview Image 1

I am frustrated..... My NX7 is not saving the preview image, so others and myself can view a thumbnail of the model view.... I have looked in the Customer defaults, and Store Preview image is enabled. Another user in my office has no problems. He gets thumbnails every time. What is going on? There is an option for saving Preview image 'on demand" but where/how do I demand it?

In NX6 it is under:
File > properties > preview (tab)

Thanks I was able to diagnose the problem once I knew where the button was. I am running 2 monitors.....apparently NX7 needs to be on Monitor #1 or it gets confused. So I just renumbered the monitors and works as expected now.
