I have changed something in AutoCAD 2002. I am no longer able to select multiple entities except by Windowing. I used to be able to select multiples by holding down the CTLR key and selecting with Left Click on mouse. Does anyone know which property I changed accidently??
Thank You

This might be of no value to you, but I use AutoCad 2000 and I don't even have to hold CTRL key down to use mouse left click to pick multiple entities. I can select one entity at a time with left mouse click, and each individual entity I left click on after that simply gets added.

This might help you a bit tho...I discovered under TOOLS\OPTIONS\Selection Tab a setting for "Use SHIFT to add selection". I normally have this option UNCHECKED. I discovered that when I CHECK this option, then I lose the ability to select multiple entities with multiple left mouse clicks.

It could be that 2000 and 2002 are different enough that the info I gave you here is totally useless too.

Set PICKADD to 1 - which may get the same result as the menu process that debodine described.

I just tried CarlB's suggestion in AutoCad 2000 and it works exactly as described. And it's easier than the menu process I listed. Thanks CarlB!

I hope that this information from CarlB and/or myself helps you out in AutoCad 2002, 11991.
