Oklahoma national board requirments

I am currently building ASME Pressure vessels in Texas for a job we have in Oklahoma, do I have to register them with National Board?

Just an FYI I heard back from Tom Monroe
State of Oklahoma Chief Boiler Inspector/Director his reply to my e-mail is as follows

"The vessels do not have to be registered with the National Board. Our laws only requires they be ASME constructed."
