Can anyone explain how to do ordinate dimensioning where the origin axes are not vertical and horizontal? I need to align them with part edges that are rotated 35°CCW. I've found answers in other forums that don't seem to make sense with what I'm seeing. I'm using NX 9.

Thank you,

Matt

Hi
if you are looking to rotate the axis of ordinate dimension have you tired specify vector option in Base line group.

Hi,

I have tried that several different ways but I haven't gotten it to work so I must be doing it incorrectly. No matter what I do, as far as I can tell, the vectors stay horizontal and vertical.
