Output data format

Hi,

I want to obtain reaction data from a simple sturctural analysis but ANSYS is not giving it to me in a format I require.
When I obtain the reaction data i get this:

I require the output in this format:

http://yfrog.com/5cforceep

Any help is greatly appreciated.
