Overall seismic response of soil structure model analyzed by abaqus

Hello all
I want to study the effects of considering soil structure interaction on seismic response of steel frame using abaqus software. However, when assigning the soil damping parameters (Rayleigh damping), the soil structure model shown lower response compared with fixed base model in terms of lateral deflection at each storey
Please anyone could help me with this issue with thanks

What is the source of the damping values ? Which analysis procedure are you using ?

Hello dear and thanks for reply
I determined the values of Rayleigh damping parameters by conducting site response analyses using nera software and using the angular frequency values of model
And i’m using implicit dynamic analysis procedure in determining the seismic response
