Overlaying results onto CAD

Hi,

Is it possible to overlay the FEA/CFD results onto the CAD?
Meaning - if I calulated the results of the flow through a valve, and I want not only to show the flow domain but also the valve itself. Or if I calculated the results on some mechanical link, but I want to show how it connects to the rest of the assembly.
Something like in the second image in the link:
