P-M Interaction Ratios to PDF

I am trying to print a graphic of my model to pdf after running an analysis. The colors for the P-M Interaction Ratios show up on the pdf, however, the values associated with the members (numeric ratios) do not show up. They are on my SAP model before I print; they just do not show up on my (pdf) printed copy. Is there a step I am missing or something I need to select before printing? I have printed a hard copy and the numeric ratios do not show up but the colors do (same problem as pdf).

Note: My model is being run with Non-linear load cases on an aluminum frame.
