P00153 I.F ERROR 1

Hi, I ran the stimulation of a program on Mitsubishi 40CFX laser and got this error. I used the MetaCam software to encode the program from dxf file. What’s the cause of error? I tried to skip one command life then the next line will be error.

looks to me like your cut lines are outside table dimensions

You have a problem with wrong offset i your program vs the controller.
Might work too set the errorcheck or something like that in the on/off menu.
Have too check my books too be sure.

I deleted the command lines where the errors occurred and the problem solved.

Basically you have an interference error and likely it's on cutting/etching the letters. This happens when you have small line segments that are smaller than your offset. For instance, you have a small line of 0.002" and your offsets are all set to 0.004"

#2003=.004(D03)
#2004=.004(D04)
#2005=.004(D05)

You can either reduce your offset to 0.000" or change all your G41/G42 to G40 in the NC Code. This cancels cutter compensation.
