Panel door Hinge for 90deg open, less space!

I need to develop a hinge on the panel door which is now a bolt on. To reduce the ergonomic planning to introude a hinge so that we can open the panel door instead of removing completely. But my concern is with miniml changes i need to design this hinge. Below is the snap of the panel doors.

So you want to convert removable panels to doors.
You know that you will have less access, right?
There are thousands of hinge styles out there, finding one that lets you use the existing framework will likely mean a door that moves outward quite a way as it opens. This is because the mounting frame is not near the edges of the doors.

Hi Ed,

yes, am aware of the space, but we need this since the panels are heavy for technicians to handle, so am thought of converting them to doors. As you said the panels need to come out before making the turn.

Can you get some hinge ideas which i can make use of. Any links/pictures/sketch would help.

You need to have accurate dimensions of what the door swing would look like, and then visit a custom hardware source for cabinet hardware.
These will be hinges such as for a frameless cabinet.
Maybe some with an offset pivot would get the clearance that you need.
Some corner cabinet hinges also swing the doors farther out.
You may need to end up with mounting plates to move the hinges closer to the edge of the doors.
