I do quite a lot of work in paper mills and converting plants. If this is their plant, which I cannot guarantee, it is very well equipped and in good order. Amazingly clean. But I question the picture with lots of QA people staring at boxes. That one seems arranged.
Ask for references. They should be happy to send you some.
