Partial Bolt Circle and View Scale? NX9

A user here created a partial bolt circle using a center point and 2 holes. Works great. He then changed the scale of the view, and dimensions to the bolt circle changed. The radius was different as well as the angle between the holes.

It appears the associativity to the center point gets messed up when view scale changes.

Thoughts?

I put NX9 in the Subject line, but probably should have included it in the body of the text. Do you suspect this is related to a specific version?

If it is a bug then it will always be related to a specific version (or multiple versions)...
One of the most favorite quotes of Gtac is that it will be resolved in version "X"

Tried to reproduce it in NX9.0.3 mp9 but I couldn't. Might be my model isn't build the same as yours...
Also couldn't find anything on Gtac about it...
Can you upload an example?
