PDF plot

hy again guys, thats another problem bothering me in these hours: PDF exporting

look at the file attached: if u zoom very close, to see little details for example bathrooms, u will realize the drawing isnt perfect as it seems when zoomed out! if u zoom in you will see like pen-drawn-lines, like a freehand drawing.
well this effect is very interesting but its NOT what i want now!!!
do some of you know why this happens and how can i fix it?

plot->dwg to pdf printer.
CTB plot style: monochrome

i tried with a coloured plot, just to see, and well the problem is the same but a bit less... u can see in the other file i uploaded

I would change the tool.

PDF FILL pdf writer seem to work pretty good and I think it is free

pdf995 tool is a good one to, works well with most AutoCAD features. First one I found that handles wipeouts well.

Interesting problem. Have you tried to do a regen before print to PDF ?

I sometimes get a funny looking toilet on PDF but by doing a regen it fixes it. I use Nitro PDF for printing. Also do you get the same problem if you publish the plot?

well, it works slightly better with a regen...but it isnt enough. i tried the pdf convertor and it looks like crazy lines are fixed, but minimum lineweights are hell thick as shown in the file...

Regarding the PDF quality . . . I found that while you are in the PLOT screen, and you increase the quality to maximum, then your PDF will be nice and sharp as you zoom closer and closer.
I have the best luck with PDF995 software.

I think your expectations may be a little high for a pdf converter. The output you uploaded, if plotted to a 24 x 36 piece of paper, would probably look fine. When you zoom in to 6400% (the limit of Acrobat) then it gets a little heavy with the linetypes. However, if you plot a smaller window, saw one of those buildings to some scale like 1/8", the linetypes should be more reasonable and give you a better looking bathroom when zoomed in to 6400%.
