Pen Mouse Circuit Re-design/Adaptation

Good day fellows.
Please I need help on how to adapt my pen mouse or my optical mouse to store

(write) hand writings or drawing written with pen mouse or optical mouse to external
storage device like usb flash instead of displaying it on the monitor/screen.
I have researched the (OCR)optical character recognition technology used and the DIC
(digital image correlation) used by the device but still could not find a way to adapt
it to store(write) directly on an external storage instead of displaying on the screen.
I will really appreciate some positive contribution. Thanks.
