I am searching for resources showing the permeability rates of polymers (either web sites or publications). Thank you for your time.

A few years back I performed permeability testing for NASA - Marshall Space Flight Center. I tested films and seals.

In 1968 IITRI ( performed extensive permeability testing encompassing metals as well as non-metals for NASA. Parker Seals ( O-ring handbook has a lot of elastomeric permeability data (much of which is based on the IITRI study). IITRI would be the authority in this area. If they can't help, MSFC may be able to.
