In 1968 IITRI (http://www.iitri.com/) performed extensive permeability testing encompassing metals as well as non-metals for NASA. Parker Seals (http://www.parker.com/parkersql/default.asp?type=2&id=66) O-ring handbook has a lot of elastomeric permeability data (much of which is based on the IITRI study). IITRI would be the authority in this area. If they can't help, MSFC may be able to. Upvote 0 Downvote
