Permissible limits of Sulfate and chloride content in aggregates for concrete.

I have a test result of sulfate and chloride content present in sand to be used for concrete. Which standard covers their permissible limits? I have looked up in ASTM c-33 but there are no such limits provided there. Please direct me to the correct document/standard for this subject. Thanks
