Hi,

May I ask if anyone can share a reference for tolerances in concrete piles installation such as tolerance in diameter, cut-off level, deviation from pile center, etc.?

Regards,

CRSI has a good guide and design spreadsheets.
I believe free to download as well.

The US Army Corps of Engineers proposes the following general guidelines for their projects:

Horizontal location of the pile butt: + 3" to 6" in any direction from specified location. The three inch tolerance is common on much construction. Greater than three inch tolerance is for large groups, say a large footing, where precise location is not critical.
(Note that pile butts are not always at ground level, or lower, sometimes pile butt can be in midair when piles cantilever out of the ground for bridge substructure, elevated coastal construction, etc.)

Longitudinal pile alignment within + 0.25" per foot from specified.
(Note that piles are not always plumb, they can also be battered.)

Top of pile within + 1" of specified elevation.

These tolerances are commonly used on bored piles and wood, steel, and concrete driven piling.

See US Army Corps of Engineers "Design of Pile Foundations", page 5-2.
