This is Binh Trieu bridge built in 1972 in Saigon - Vietnam (37 ft wide). It was supposed to be applied AASHO standanrd. But its foundation piles is still mysterious (diameter of pile at main span is 58 inches).
Could someone tell me which type of piles (name of pile, typical drawing, etc. ) and tell me are there similar type of bridges in the US.
Many thanks in advance.
