Piping leak repair with "something" that does not need surface preparation

Dear forum members,

There is a leak (multiple pin holes next to each other) on a 2" line which is heavily corroded (operating pressure 2 bars, oily water).
The line can not be shutdown for a long time (10-15 min), leak is close to U bolt support, surface is very corroded...
Is there some composite material one can stick in / on and it may no need through surface preparation (actually if it can be applied to a oily wet surface) ?
Or what code compliant or non - compliant suggestion might be ?

Thks

Personnel shall be aware of hazards in welding on degraded components, and shall take the necessary precautions to avoid unacceptable risks.

I think this will be ugly, no matter what you do in the way of repair, and I don't see it lasting very long. I don't know that I'd attempt any kind of weld repair - you run too much of a risk of having more and/or bigger holes appearing. Can you run a temporary parallel line or even a hose so you can replace this line? Can you install another support, and remove the existing U bolt, so you can have a better chance for repairing the leak? Can you get all the way around the pipe, so you could apply tape & a couple of gear clamps for a temporary repair?

JB Weld has a range of products in tubes that have saved me a number of times - in a wide variety of "situations" - over more years than I care to remember. Always have a couple of tubes in your desk drawer or tool box...

Belzona products saved my bacon a few times in my 45 year career in the chemical plants. Go to their website and find your distributor/rep.

Check your local market for repair patches and two component epoxy putty . The repair could be repair patch + Overlay with composite Repairs for Piping.
Systems.
IMO , this type of repairs could be temporary and renewal of PL should be considered for long period.

If your process isn't hazardous & your design conditions are low enough (lower design pressure & temperature), you may be able to just install a temporary "skinner clamp" or similar (https://skinnerco.com/pipeline-clamp/). If your design conditions are higher, you may have to go with a bolted clamp. TEAM (www.teaminc.com) stocks these bolted clamps in 2" size for higher design conditions. At certain design conditions, you may need a custom-made bolted clamp from TEAM or similar outfit (higher cost).
