We already have plans that were, at one time, approved but we had to switch contractors in order to re-obtain our building permit and the plans had to be redone. At this point we are making corrections as set forth by the municipality. We are currently in the application process.
Per our meeting with the permit official the following information is needed to be applied to the plans.
Key points included the need for a clear, numbered set of plans with a cover sheet detailing loads, codes, and scope of work. The new plans lacked specificity and included duplicates, causing confusion. The team emphasized the importance of a detailed scope of work to avoid unnecessary reviews.
They clarified that previous inspections still stand if the new plans align with them. The applicant was advised to submit a final, accurate set of plans and a clear scope of work to ensure a smooth review process.
Please let me know if this is something anyone can help review
Thanks
