Plastic Design of steel plate under flexure with SAP2000

Hello everyone,
This is my first post.

Is it possible to run a plastic design of a shell (steel) under flexure on SAP2000?
I want to try to avoid the use of the yield line method with complex geometry plates (holes and angles).

I know that this analysis is possible with SCIA Engineer 15 but we don't have it here in the office. You can see what I'm talking about in this youtube video starting on minute 15:25
