Plastic gear like this

Dear all professional engineer,

I am looking for some gear like the link shown. It is rubber-teeth and aluminium rim. The outter teeth can be disassembly and replaced. The gear is mainly used in silent situation. If someone know where I can find it, please let me know. Great thanks!!
