Plotting to a Kip 3100, how to select the rolls.

We recently purchased a new KIP 3100 wide format printer. I am having difficulty setting it up so we can select the roll 1 or 2 for the printer to use while printing.

Have you tried going into
Plot -> Actions -> Advanced Plot ?
