Pop up error message sying this not the fault of your model

When the model is going to big ( in which synchronous ac motor is used), I get the error message saying that "Adams has stopped working exported. This is a fault of the software, not your model................"
I don't know what is the solution to avoid it.

I had asked in the MSC ADAMS forum as you suggest. I came to know that my bin file was corrupt due to repeated saving of bin file at the same files. So once I began to save it at a different file, it worked.
Just sharing what I found!
