Mar 7, 2006 #4 Zogzog Electrical Mar 7, 2006 1,579 0 0 US You will need a megger (Voltage depends on the transformer), a TTR, a winding resistance test test, a power factor test set, a microohmeter and oil sampling equipment(if oil filled). Also get the instruments with a cal. sticker. Google your test requirement. There are expensive test sets and economical ones too. Like AEMC, Vanguard. Visit their websites Upvote 0 Downvote
