Pre-stressing of strands in concrete beam

I am trying to model prestressing in strands in a beam. I got this error as below.
"Surface-based COHESIVE BEHAVIOR cannot be used for contact pair interactions. See the surface interaction named INTPROP-1"

My purpose is to apply an initial prestress or initial displacement or initial jack force to strands. Then hold the prepress and cast the concrete beam. After one day, release the prestress and observe the behavior of the released prestress on the concrete cross-section. Can anyone help me to model this system with detailed answers/steps/screenshots?
