hello i need some consulting advice on this system.....

Can precast columns be spaced at 25ft by 30ft in a column grid for precast building,
is it economical or not?

They can be placed at whatever spacing you would like. The best person to talk to would be a pre-caster. They could tell you the optimal spans for the pre-cast beams and double tees (or hollow-core). The columns are never the driving factor economically.


Beams and deck are the expensive part. Anytime an architect asks to cut costs I tell them to put more columns so the rest can be smaller.
