Pressure needed to keep CO2 in solution

Can someone please let me know what equation would I use if I need to calculate how much pressure is needed to keep a CO2 in a specific volume of solution (water).

How much CO2 in how much water? And at what temperature? If you are talking about a fairly dilute solution of CO2, then I would suggest that you refresh your knowledge of physical chemistry by reading this article on Henry's law:

Googling for carbonated beverages should give you enough information. Is this your field of interest ?
 
Thanks for the reply... no this is not my field..it was a theoretical question that was posed..
