Does anyone know of another source for Pressure Vessel Clamps, other then Jaygo?

Try Google. There are many Chinese and Indian manufacturers;- you can select them by reviewes or experience. I suggest use Indian manufacturers, they are more trustworthy and they can supply Lloyds or similar certification. You can get faster delivery from India than internal US delivery and the same if not better quality.
