Pretensioned Stainless Steel Bolts

How do you deal with specifying pretensioned stainless steel bolts? Or do you avoid them and weld those connections that would required stainless steel (i.e. bracing connections)?

Basically it is not possible (allowed) to pretension SS bolts....because of creep
You can pretension of course, but the design of the connection should b´work without pretension too
