Problem with having to reset icons and settings

I am having to switch between 2 different versions of Catia and I'm having to remove icons and re-select options everytime I open them up. I've been going into Customize-Options and Lock Toolbar Position and they still keep going back when I re-open Catia. We have just had our Catia Ford Environment updated. I've been switching between that and Catia 2016. Is there a way to save these settings within the Options (e.g. manipulators, grid, snap) and icon locations?
