Hello,

I am having low oxigen levels in my aeration tanks and not being able to really understand why it's happening now. Can someone please give me a hint?

Thank you

Perhaps your aeration diffusers are plugged. Typically, the systems are designed with an excess of aeration capacity.

broken submerged air header, lateral, diffuser cap? look for irregularity in the patterns on the water surface

What kind of blowers do you have? Are your air filters clean? Centrifugals can see a large decrease in SCFM with a dirty filter. And washing them or blowing them out with compressed air may not clean them enough to get your rated capacity.

Has your waste stream changed? Is someone dumping something in large quantities that could effect your aeration? Have you checked COD/BOD on influent to see if it is normal?
