Pumps shaft alignment and vibrations 1

Hi,
In case of wrong alignment between pumps and motor shafts, when the shafts are parallel but not aligned, which kind of function will be drawn from the vibrations?
do you have any useful link to study the matter?

When the two shafts are not aligned, it's quite common to see the n and its harmonics, mainly 2n and 3n frequencies in the spectrum.
