punching shear in roof slab

Hey all - I have a fully concrete building - beams and columns are moment frames, roof is a two way slab.
I have beams framing into each column in each direction. Do I need to worry about the slab punching shear at the columns?? It seems like the beams framing in from 4 sides would serve as a drop panel of sorts. Columns are 16x16 and beams are 12x12. Thoughts?

Just check shear for the beams and girders.
