Im trying to validate a PVC fabric as a cladding supported by steel frames. My frames have a 20m (66ft) span and a bay spacing of 4m (13ft).
LL is 1,25kN/m2 (26psf) - snow (dominant)

What I have from PVC membrane manufacturer site is
tensile strength 250/250 daN/5cm (285 lb/in)
tear strength 20/20 daN/5cm (22 lb/in)

Where can i find some guides/codes for a simple calc on this subject?

Treat the fabric as a 12-inch wide strip of catenary with your loads applied uniformly. 285 lbf/in is a reasonably robust fabric. You can also model as a membrane in FEA.
