Dear All,
I have a simple question about Keywords /Parameters Warning message when importing into Abaqus input file from documentation, recently, I have been working with AM simulation (Material removal simulation) in Abaqus with/without Am plugin in. when, I try to import it into Abaqus , just got some Keywords /Parameters not yet supported by the input file reader : for specific information look at the image file. just wondering why this is happenning even though I imported correct input file from Abaqus documentation, the Abaqus is most recent version and python as well. just wondering how to fix this problem. if the import is not correctly importable into Abaqus then the simulation through AM plugin is not possible to run in Abaqus 2022. has any one else out there experienced the same problem. Thanks in advance.

WARNING: The following keywords/parameters are not yet supported by the input file reader:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*ACTIVATEELEMENTS
*ELEMENTPROGRESSIVEACTIVATION
*EVENTSERIES
*EVENTSERIESTYPE
*INITIALCONDITIONS, SECTIONSPECIFICATION
*PARAMETERTABLE
*PARAMETERTABLETYPE
*PROPERTYTABLETYPE
*TABLECOLLECTION
The model "matDepBeadOri" has been imported from an input file.
Please scroll up to check for error and warning messages.

Best regards
Adil

Import of .inp files to Abaqus/CAE is often tricky since there are many keywords not supported in GUI. In this case, the keywords are supported by the built-in AM Modeler plug-in but there were significant differences between recent Abaqus versions in this regard and AM process simulations are still new so it's quite likely that you won't be able to import those models from the documentation (they might be from older releases) correctly. I would advise importing just the mesh and converting it to geometry or drawing the geometry from scratch if it's simple. Then set everything up using Abaqus/CAE and AM Modeler, based on the description in the documentation and input file content. It's also a very good way to learn how to work with AM Modeler.

Thank you very much for your quick reply and I would try it as you said. Thanks . Best regards , Adil
