Hello !!!
For a personal project I need to put a pcb in an enclosure made of 2 layers (one above and one below)

I've been told to avoid acrylic because it holds static charges

I was thinking to use dibond aluminium sheets (2 aluminum sheets with polyethilene between them), would that be ok?

Thanks to all!

Acrylic is not usually a problem in that regard. Otherwise your question lacks about a bazillion details needed for us to help you successfully.
