HOW TO DEFINE FLANGE WITH KNOWING INTERNAL PRESSURE AND NOZZLE OD, PLEASE GUIDE ME I AM NEW IN THIS FIELD.
I AM USING FARR AND JAWAD BOOK WITH ASME SEC VIII APPENDIX 2

1) Turn off CAPS LOCK, it is taken as shouting and some consider it rude.

2) Please advise if this is to be a custom-design flange or standard pipe flange.

After your caps lock is turned off, as requested above, please specify:
Your country and Code of the piping system it must be certified to,
the size and type of fluid service,
the pressure, temperature, fluid chemistry, corrosion allowance
 

The pressure rating, flange type, materials of construction, and service temperature are defined by the process appplication.

the ASME code B16.5 covers the manufacturing flange standards that we rely on.

Flange design is a much more complex subject, good luck,
