I have a problem.
I am now designing a plan for an airport project.
The main problem is that the sustainability of municipal water supply is very poor, so I need a pool to store domestic water to ensure continuous water supply.
Now I plan to store water for 3 days, but how to calculate the daily water consumption of airport passengers and airport employees is a problem.

I consider using UPC Table H 201.1(4)
Is this feasible?

The UPC table is acceptable. The airport probably will need a pond anyway for fire flows.

Unless this is an airlift with one flight a day you are going to need a vast "pond" in which to store water for 3 days operation.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Also see NFPA codes & sstandards.

And likely tow separate systems for fire fighting and other uses.
